In 2009 I bought a new double bed from Sleepmasters,
I was informed that it had a turn around mattress with a topper, So long as the mattress was turned every two weeks then there was never a need to turn the mattress fully over, I have complied with these instructions for over two years. then decided to decorate the bedroom, I took the mattress off the base, to find the bottom was rotting and mouldy, the base material was the same, I contacted the shop where i bought the bed and the manager was very helpful he even gave me the invoice number, He advised me to contact the company which i did, the customer service advisor asked me if i could send some photos of the mattress and base. i sent them an email with the photos attached, The reviews i have read about this company are not very encouraging, but i am determined to do what ever it takes to get another bed or money refunded .
