I'm needing some help figuring out which type of mattress I need considering the following:

The bed will be for my wife & myself.

I weigh 330# (6')

My wife weighs 200#  (5'3)

I have lumbar spinal stenosis, 2 herniated disks (L4 & L5), partial herniated disk (S1) and Degenerative Disk Disease

My wife has no back issues.

I'm a side sleeper, she's a side / stomach sleeper most of the times.

We currently have a Tempur-pedic bed and I hate it. Every morning I wake up in agony.

I've read where a firm mattress would be the best for my lower back concerns, but I've also read where a firm plush mattress would be preferred too.

Any suggestions on construction, brands, models would be greatly appreciated!
