This is a zoned Dunlop mattress from Latex Green, for queen it is $1249.95.  It has 6" dunlop and 1" wool, it says smoothtop maybe that means no stitiching!!!  I can't find anywhere about returns.  But there is 5% off code and no tax or shipping charges.

What do you think?  It doesn't say what ILD.

looks like some pretty solid pricing to me.

But is 7" enough? Why is it that most latex beds seem to be 8" or 9"? Unless the sleeper is very heavy, it does seem to me that 7" would be enough, but I'm no latex mattress expert... at least not yet.

I tell you, if you want FIRM, get Dunlop. To me that stuff feels like sleeping on a rock, and that was only a supposedly 32ILD 2" piece! I can't imagine sleeping on a Dunlop firm base. I guess one would probably NOT bottom out on a 7" Dunlop mattress now that I think about it. Talalay, maybe, but Dunlop doesn't seem to give that much. Unless maybe there are different types of Dunlop than the ones I've lay on.
