Advice regarding Stearns and Foster Hotel Collection Latex mattress

In the market for a new mattress (king).  Think we've settled on a latex foam.  Tried out a model at Macy's that seemed quite comfortable and was hoping to get your opinion on it.  Thanks in advance!

I've checked out that mattress several times (trying out mattresses on my lunch break), and I really liked it.  It's kinda firm, but that's my thing.  Funny though, I always thought that it was ~99% latex--I didn't know there was a 7" poly foam core; making this a pricey bed @ $2.4K.  I'd find a Pure Latex Bliss if I had that budget for a mattress.  There's quite a few custom latex-mattress shops online as well.  As an example, I had a really good experience with Arizona Premium Mattress Co (see: http://www.mattresses.net/eastern-king-ultra-plush-latex-set.html).
