all metal with plastic covers attached on top part with buttons.

The metal foundation is made up of metal tubes/rods with huge empty gaps where there is no support of any kind whatsoever.

If you attach the legs that come with it it will creak in a short time. That has been reported by people here.

I am sleeping on the soft side. I find it too firm. I weight 250 though, so it may be that I am just pushing through that 1" of softer latex without feeling it. that's really all it is - 1" of soft latex and 3 of medium instead of 4" of medium. I certainly don't feel like I am sinking down into it. The only other thing is that maybe there is a variance quality control and these beds are very different.

I put the foundation together myself. I honestly feel like if they had made some tweaks in the design, it would have been fine. The metal bars seem very sturdy, but they oddly placed a ton of them at the edges and none in the center. If they had actual threads to screw the screws into, they probably wouldn't squeak much.

Thanks.

Oh, I too slept on soft side and I weigh 205 pounds and I somewhat sinked in. I found it too soft honestly.

I wanted to see how the medium side felt.

I hope anyone who has used the medium side of this SS latex mattress tell about their experience of it.

Is it too firm or what?

Honestly I think this foundation should not have so many empty spaces without support. It is a total disaster.

Some people here said foundation is fine! Which is factually incorrect.

Actually, firstposter,  those people appear not to have had the same troubles you have had with the foundation. That makes their statements that the foundation is fine correct. Or do you think those people are lying?

I am thinking of just getting a piece of particle board to replace the flimsy sign board they use to distribute the weight.. That should resolve the sinking in issue.

I thought you were going to return the whole thing?

After reading your posts, I notice that you give unwanted advice  which you are not qualified to do.

Do you have this SS thing?

If not, you are not qualified to give unsolicited advice.

Hw do you know I'm qualified to do or not to do?

No, I do not have this SS thing, but I have not said that I do. I have simply said that I have read right here, on this very forum, that others do not seem to be having the same problem you are having with the foundation. This is a forum, where people are free to ask questions, people are free to answers questions and people (you, for instance) are free to ignore those answers that do not agree with your ideas.

After reading your posts, I notice that you are not happy about your foundation and you just want to make sure everyone knows that. Got it.
