"Zone" topper for a side sleeper?

Please help!  So glad I found this forum.

My problem.  Sore shoulders and back.  I'm a side sleeper.  6ft 200 lbs with a bodybuilder frame.  Very narrow waist and wide shoulders so a flat bed with a single density just doesnt work.

After trying tons of mattresses and toppers I have found that I need an ultra firm surface to keep my hips level.  This works but then the surface is too hard for my shoulders and and I get soreness and numb arms.  Get the surface soft enough for my shoulders and then the hips/back are sore.  It would seem that a "zoning" topper is the solution.

I will be putting the topper on an ultra firm spring mattress.  The material in the middle or hip section of the topper will need to the super firm.

What do you think?  Any recommendations for a particular topper company?  (REALLY concerned about being able to return it if needed)
