Denver Mattress - Vail

[B]Vail by Denver Mattress = back pain[/B]

My husband and i just purchased the Vail model from Denver mattress. In the store it felt as if it would give us the support we needed without being too hard or soft. After 4 nights of sleeping on it both of us feel extremely stiff in the morning. My husband endures back pain all day. He tells me that he has never seen me toss and turn as much as I do when I am sleeping on this mattress. We are calling Denver Mattress to have them come get it this weekend.

[B]Lousy Support[/B]

Initially the bed was wonderful, but slowly the support system began to fail. Denver Mattress replaced it since it was a warranty issue, however the new bed's support system began to fail after only 3 weeks. Now I am faced with another replacement. I certainly don't want to go through the same experience a 3rd time much less have to pay another 100.00 delivery charge.
