Hello, I am a DUXIANA Representative and based upon the previous post from ‘GUEST’ regarding their questions/concerns of The DUX Bed warranty I wanted to make sure to post the details of the warranty to help resolve any future questions someone might have. In brief, The DUX Bed has a limited 20 year warranty for its spring system. If your springs break during the first 5 years that you own The DUX Bed, we will repair or replace the spring system for you at no charge. If the springs break during the remaining 15 years, we will repair or replace the spring system at cost, or on a pro-rated basis. It is important that the center legs of The DUX Bed not be removed at any time during the warranty period, as that may void the warranty. Please contact your DUXIANA store where you purchased the bed if you would like to speak with someone directly about the warranty. The store where the bed was purchased, the date it was purchased and your warranty number will all be on your official warranty.
