International Bedding - Dr. Breus

I purchase the top of the line Dr. Brues bed 2 years ago. The first one delivered developed a major sink hole after only 1 week so they exchanged it. The bed was great for about 6 months after. I couldn't Waite to go to bed. Then it started to sink again so I need to turn the bed around to the firmer half every couple of nights (I sleep alone on one side) because the new one started sinking in. I bought the mattress for my very bad back issues and spent $3000 for it and now it's so sunken in that I dread going to bed at night. It's absolutely agonizing. I'm a very fit yoga instructor 5'6 and 112 pounds so weight is not the issue here. I need a new bed AGAIN!! Anyone else having this problem? Do NOT buy this bed!!

Bottom line, I would not recommend this bed to my worst enemy. The bed's support faded after 3 months, which caused lower back problems for me, and knee and hip problems for her. We tried sleeping on opposite sides and rotating. The same side caused the sleeper large amounts of pain. The opposite side is marginally better. We've had it for 14 months are are working with Sleepys to have it replaced. This bed is no longer available in stores or on the Sleepy's website...

[B]bed was sagging after a few months[/B]

Bed was great for the first two weeks, then my husband said he thought it was sagging on his side. After a few weeks I noticed I wasn't sleeping well and my back was starting to hurt. We bought this in September, by Christmas was noticably sagging on the two sides where we sleep but raised up in the middle. In January I called and had the company we bought it from come out to inspect the bed. They said it would have to say 1 1/2" in the middle to count as defective. The inspector found it is sagging 1 14" (this after only 5 months!!!) but that other areas are visibly softer and he said the latex has "broken down". He said he would put it down as defective. He said he was unable to give us his report directly, it had to go to the manufacturer and then to the company we bought the bed from. Well, we received a phone call from the place we bought the bed from and someone somewhere who DID NOT see the bed decided that it's NOT defective! We are not big people by the way, I weigh 145 lbs and my husband 185 lbs.

[B]Waking up Feeling Amazingly Rested!![/B]

After hearing from a friend that she had purchased a Dr. Breus bed and had "the best nights' sleep ever", I decided to purchase one for myself just last month. Wow, I am so happy I did! Not only did I wake up feeling completely rested, but my body was free of the little aches and pains that I had chalked up to "just getting older". I am approaching 50 and getting a good nights sleep is more important than ever. Dr. Breus's expertise in the "technology" of sleep/beds obviously hits the mark, kudos and thank you!

[B]Worst night's sleep - Dr. Breus[/B]

I purchased an expensive Dr. Breus bed and after 2 nights, I couldn't stand it. I felt like I was sinking into a saggy lumpy mattress that I couldn't get out of. I was up several times during the night and my back and neck hurt in the morning. But the worst was after about 1 week, I woke up drenched in sweat - pajamas, sheets, and pillow. It felt like having a terrible fever. The latex matress is so hot I was absolutely miserable. I slept on the living room sofa until Sleepy's replaced the bed. Don't waste your money on a Dr. Breus!!

[B]After 2 weeks We love our Dr Breus Bed[/B]

I was a bit hesitant to get at first about the Dr Breus Bed, but now after my old spring mattress I can feel what a difference this bed makes and both my wife and me are sleeping a 1000 times better. We went to the store and tried out several of the models and ordered a signature Platinum. Although we lay down on the bed in the store, there I no substitute for sleeping on it. After the first night the bed was a little softer then we preferred, and my wife called back the store and told our salesperson Wendy the story. We both wanted something more firm, which is the Signature Elite. Wendy went through the exchange, a new Dr Breus mattress was delivered and it gets 4 thumbs Up from us best mattress we have ever owned.

[B]Love our Dr Breus[/B]

I have had my Dr Breus Signature King now for over 2 months and all I can say is wow. I recently developed back pain after the birth of my child and my doctor sent me to a physical therapist who gave me an excercise routine that helped some, but I still wasn't back to feeling 100%. Then the therapist asked questions about the bed I was sleeping on, and ended up recommending that I look into some of the newer beds on the market. So I went into the store and tried out several of them, and ended up choosing the Signature Dr. Breus. With the combination of the exercises and my new bed, I have had absolutely no back issues since the very first night.

[B]Dr breus signature[/B]

We own two of his beds already for two homes. This time for our vacation apartment. Extremely comfortable and not too expensive, my wife sleeps through the nite even without her normal hot flashes.

[B]Pros:[/B] Very comfortable. Not exactly like the one in the store, but I read that after six months in stores latex and foam beds can feel somewhat different. That being said it is amazing three home runs! We weigh about 200 and 130 and sleep Like babies. We also like getting emails from the doctor it helped us deal with the first couple of nites with less covers and bedclothes.
[B]Cons:[/B] That folks drag on and on about something that should give pleasure. After all it's about getting rid of pain not causing more. Hope folks find better things to do with their time than rag on dr Bruce.
