Purchased a SleepEz 10000 about three years ago. The layers do not stay in place and shift about every two weeks or so. That requires me to take the mattress pad off then unzip the mattress cover to move the latex layers back into proper position. ..what a backache. Keep in mind there is only one person that ever sleeps on this mattress. The latex layers have not had a natural grab as was advertised. This is a weakness in this type of layered mattress system. This concern was discussed with SleepEz prior to my purchase and I was assured that my concerns had no merit. The mattress sleeps good and I do like the ability to change comfort layers but not at the expense of frequent shifting -latex layers. I called the company and they quickly said I could send the top two layers back to them and they would glue them together but at my expense. A second option for me is to purchase two new latex layers which would be glued together. Well, I wonder if I need all three of my latex layers glued? I didn't want to spend anymore money on an already expensive mattress. I think I'm going back to a Good Ole Inter-spring Mattress.

Because they closed one of their factories when mine was made, no warranty coverage? Come on. Do not buy from spring air. It's been a battle than I have lost due to fine print on it being from a certain factory... How would I control that.

We have been hating our prana super vinyasa for a full year now. I urge you not to purchase anything from city mattress. This mattress really hurts our backs. My husband can't even stay in the bed for the night. We plan on replacing this bed in the next week and believe me, I won't be giving city mattress a penny!
