We just purchased a Pure Latex Bliss Nature set model. Very expensive. Have tried it now for 5 weeks and can barely move when I get up for the back pain, shoulder pain, and neck pain. Unfortunately this company does not offer any trial period so we are stuck with a terribly expensive mistake. Luckily our old mattress is in the guest room, so we can switch with that and hope our guests come back after sleeping on this designer mattress!!

We purchased our king Sleep Select 8500 mattress almost 6 years ago. For the first 5 years it was everything we wanted in a mattress. We were praising this mattress like everyone else. Over this last year it has developed two valleys wear we sleep with a big hump down the middle. We both wake up every morning with back pain. We have tried shifting the layers around to every possible configuration. Nothing seems to help. The mattress is shot. I didn't think it would last forever but was certainly hoping to get more than five years out of it.
