Adjustable height & width twin XL bed frame does it exist?

Hey everyone! Quick question for you all. Has anyone found a twin XL bed frame that lets you adjust both the height and the width? I've come across some frames that adjust in height for under-bed storage, but not really anything for width. I'm trying to set up a small guest room, and a flexible twin XL frame would be really helpful. I'd love to hear if anyone has found something like this or if you have any clever workarounds!

To be honest, I haven't heard something like this so far. I have to ask though, is it really necessary to get that kind of a bed? People who come over for a sleepover are there for you, not how big the bed in the guesst bedroom is.
