How was your mattress before the topper?
If it was firm and you got the 1" latex to soften it, I doubt 1" would be enough.
My guess is that your mattress is too soft to begin with and that is your problem.
16-18ILD Dunlop is more like a 24ILD Talalay and less springy.
No topper will fix a too-soft mattress or mattress with a dip in it. It could be that your mattress is just too soft. What ILD is the Talalay 1"?
