Aloe?

I've been noticing some mattresses, mattress pads, comforters, etc. that have aloe infused into their cotton or fabrics. Example:

Does any one here have any aloe bedding? I'm wondering if this is a gimmick,or if there are tangible results/benefits to having aloe in bedding. All opinions welcome, thanks!!

The idea is that this is supposed to be good for your skin even when you are not in direct contact....personally I am pretty skeptical ever since I have read that even aloe vera being used in most moisturizers is ineffective because of how it is usually processed. Apparently aloe is only truly effective when its used right from the plant.
