Living. If you are getting it from a local sleep shop then you can just put it in or on your vehicle, take it home and set it up. If it is being shipped to you or delivered in a box you should carefully follow the instructions you receive with the box. The most important thing is to remove it from the box without cutting the actual mattress. That will void your warranty most likely. You should open it in the room where you are planning to use it though some might want to open it in a room they are not sleeping in to let it off gas. It can take a day or two for the funny smell to dissipate. Mattdud
