Hello Friends,

Mattresses made with feathers may add a touch of extra comfort to some sleepers' lives. These mattresses stuffed with duck feathers typically lie on top of an existing primary mattress and come in several different construction styles. A rarely-attainable luxury for hundreds of years, down mattresses gradually became available to a wider public when the serving class began collecting feathers and stuffing them into their own creations.

Do these mattresses have the same consistency as say a feather down duvet or is there a disparity? Surely they'd be painfully unsupportive?
