Memory Foam Mattresses

I am 6‘3“, 210 lb. and mostly a side sleeper, some elevated back. My wife is 5‘6“, 130 lb. and mostly a back sleeper, some side. Any thoughts on a possible layer configuration using memory foam mattresses?

With memory foam mattresses you can purchase a retail unit or make one yourself. There is a ton of information on the internet about DIY setups, I have some forum posts here that provide great information about replicating Tempurpedic beds and sources for memory foam.
