She said she would replace it at a discount. II didn't pursue it, but I am assuming it would be enough of a discount to cover shipping costs.
I am doing a return. I have to cover the shipping to me, and the shipping back to them. . So I am out $24 (the $12 to me, and $12 to send back).I think they should cover the shipping to me. The product was defective. But what can you do. If a product is defective they should cover all costs. If it's an exchange, then the customer can cover it.
She said it was the cut. Which makes sense, because there was a seam, and the damage was on just one side of the seam, and didn't affect the other side at all.
