Zippered Mattress Encasing Manfuacturer request

Hello to all on this forum. I am looking to form a small mattress company offering layered latex mattress in a rather underserved market (in my opinion). Mostly brick and mortar some online.
I've searched and have made many inquiries online, and have had little luck locating a mattress encasing manufacturer. This might not be the best idea, but I thought I would ask this forum if they have knowledge of any suppliers that would fit this description. I know that many of you are in the business and will most likely not be too willing to provide this information, but I thought I would ask.

im in the business, but not on the manufacturing end of things. I don't really think any active members are though. From what I understand though, this is going to be the most difficult component to make or have made for you in your specifications. You are probably better off investing in a small volume quilting machine and buying fabrics and quilting materials in bulk and having these components built in house. I am thinking most companies capable of building professional and clean looking encasements are probably already in the business for themselves.

I am finding that, so far, you are correct Budgy. I like the idea of manufacturing in house, however, obviously it's a lot more time consuming, may not necessarily get the cost benefit, and not my core strength. With that said, however, it does present a lot of opportunities, especially if done right! I appreciate your input Budgy. I am going to start researching this as well. Any manufacturer's out there?
