Buyer Beware

Saatva Mattress This mattress collapsed in less than 2 years. We are of average weight my husband 150, I am 118. We diligently turned the mattress every 2 to 4 weeks. The nest are so deep that you feel stuck in them. There is a big hump down the middle of the mattress. Saatva will replace the mattress but we would just be in the same place in less than 2 years. They tell me I must have received a defective mattress. If so it is extremely defective.

A year

I returned my first one at two weeks as I could tell the sides had no no support despite what I read on the website. They replaced the mattress and now at a year it's saggy, not nearly the support it had originally and the side you can roll right off. I have to say I feel like I was taken advantage of. For the price I am confidant I could have found better.

Fabulous Bed

The first bed i purchased was the middle one. I had some reservations as it was quite firm. After 29 days I called them and said that I needed to go with the plush bed, yes I was charged the $99.00 for the exchange, I am very happy with the bed. I have never bought a bed sight unseen, in fact I purchased a bed that cost $2,500.00 more than this bed and I came home and something about this bed that caught my eye, is that they will exchange or refund your money if you are not happy with this bed within 75 days. I am very happy with the bed that I now have. I have never slept this great in the last 4 years with my other mattress. Before I slept on the other bed I knew it wasn't right. They had someone come and look at the bed but they were not going to exchange or replace the mattress. As I expected it was awful to sleep on. I got a new bed after going through a number of surgeries due to a car accident. I had one more to go and I knew I was going to be in bed for a bit and I just wanted to be comfortable. Best choice ever, I came home from the hospital and a month later, I am sleeping like a log. If anyone has a reservation about this bed, I would suggest ordering the bed, you have 75 days to try it out or they will exchange or refund your money no questions asked. I am on the plush bed, I love it. What have you to lose? nothing as I stated before they will exchange the bed or refund your money no questions asked. I hope that you love the bed as much as I do...:) I love Saavta.

Saatva Luxury Firm Mattress

Poor quality especially the box spring foundation. Mattress very uncomfortable, like sleeping on a bed of clay.Returned all. Don't know how they got all the good reviews as Consumer Reports didn't rate them very high. Customer Service very good

Best Sleep Ever

Having slept fairly comfortably on mid-priced/mid-quality mattresses (purchased from Sam's Club) for the past 20 years, my wife and I decided to finally take the plunge on a higher quality luxury mattress. Like so many other reviewers on this website, we visited several local luxury mattress stores and were not pleased with either the construction quality or the sales experience. So, we decided to check on-line to see what was available. And in all the research, Saatva kept coming up over and over again as one the highest rated mattress manufacturers in terms of comfort, customer service and manufacturing quality. After an afternoon of internet research, we took the plunge and ordered the 14.5 inch Luxury Firm king-sized mattress. As someone who has led an active athletic life-style, I have had 5 knee surgeries, serious spinal/neck injuries, and most recently I was recovering from shoulder surgery. Following the recovery from the shoulder surgery, I was unable to return to our old tired bed because it was so uncomfortable. I was so excited the day our Saatva mattress arrived. My wife and I couldn't wait to get the sheets on it and try it out. The next few night's sleep (and every night since then) have been a revelation. No longer do I toss and turn all night with all my various damaged and surgically repaired joints screaming at me. Sleeping on our new Saatva mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. You close your eyes and it feels like you are floating. The moment you stretch out, all the pressure points on all the old aching joints and injuries just disappear. My wife and I both sleep so well on this mattress, we don't even set an alarm any more. Lay down to sleep and then wake up 7 or 8 hours later more rested than you could ever imagine. It made me realize how badly I had actually been sleeping on our old tired mattress. The quality of this mattress and the entire buying experience couldn't have been any better. The Saatva mattress has literally changed my life. I have run out of superlatives so I will wrap it up by saying “Thanks Saatva!”

LOVE MY MATTRESS!

I have been trying to decide on a mattress for a long time, mine was terrible. Landed on Saatva (through a friend's recommendation). Our mattress came last week and we are absolutely in love with it. Started sleeping better the first night. It arrived on time but the movers accidentally put a hole in a wall in the house. I spoke to Saatva immediately, they advised me to get a quote for repairing the damage. When I submitted the quote for repair, they immediately refunds that to me as well as the shipping cost! Couldn't ask for better customer service. Highly recommend the mattress AND the people!

Pros & Cons
Pros: Of course the mattress. The prompt and friendly response fro the company

Not what I'd hoped

I had high hopes for the Saatva, after looking in stores for a mattress and having no idea which one I liked best. I thought, this is simpler and it has great reviews. First, though the mattress is called firm, it is actually rather soft. It is comfortable, but I would have gotten a firmer one if I had known. It is misleading to label it as firm, since I wouldn't even call it medium. Second, the pillow top compressed very quickly, after about only 3 weeks. Third, the box spring is really badly made. It groaned and bounced around on the bed frame. I don't know exactly what the problem is, but I could be in the bathroom and hear whenever my husband rolled over, it was so loud. I called and had them replace it, thinking it was just this particular one, but the replacement is even worse. I finally went and bought another box spring. It's also not really less expensive than I would have paid in a store for what I wanted. So all around, a total mistake.

Pros & Cons
Pros: Moderately comfortable. Easy to order, and they were nice about exchanging the box spring.
Cons: Price Stated firmness totally incorrect and misleading Noisy (faulty design) box spring Poor quality pillow top

Made in the USA!

I loved my old mattress but after 5 years it sagged in the middle and I was worried it wasn't suppporting my back the way it should. I always slept wonderfully in it. I do not sleep wonderfully in my SAATVA bed. It is firm and the padding on top is not ideal for me. In hindsight I would have ordered the most plush model but I have this one now and will need to invest in a nice memory foam topper in order to be comfortable. That's the risk you take when ordering online. I love that this mattress is made in the USA and has an Organic cotton cover. I am less than pleased with the manager/dispatcher who runs the delivery company. He called and left me a message that they would be in my area doing deliveries in a few days and could I take deliver from 10am-2pm on Thursday (this was a voicemail message) I called him back right away (and left a message) and said "no that time did not work for me can we work something else out." He never called me back, Thursday rolls around the delivery driver calls me and says "were going to be at your house shortly" "I said no I'm not home I already told your manager last week I couldn't make that time work". No one calls me back to reschedule, I call SAATVA explain the whole situation to the customer service gal. She told me she would get ahold of the delivery company and get back to me. She called me back that afternoon and said the delivery company would not be in my area for awhile and they would call and schedule with me. I hear nothing from delivery company. I call SAATVA and speak to a different customer service gentleman and he finally gets ahold of delivery comany who says they may or may not be in my area THE FOLLOWING MONDAY and the delivery company promised to call me and schedule. My mattress was finally delivered on the following Tuesday. The delivery guys themselves were great. I would have not in a million years have ordered this and paid for delivery if I had know I would be waiting that long for deliver and trying to deal with a unorganized low budget delivery company. SAATVA refunding my deliver fee which was great. I am thrilled with the good materials SAATVA uses and that they are in the USA. I am giving the delivery company one star because they stink. The bed as far as comfort goes is not great. I am a bit surprised that everyone is rating them 4-5stars.?

Pros & Cons
Pros: Organic cotton cover Made in USA No offgassing Simplicity of ordering online
Cons: Comfort/lack of Not able to try before buying Delivery company Mattress dimentions are a tad big, it is VERY difficult to get my sheets on.

Returned After 2 Days

The first thing I noticed was no edge support - I slid right off the side of the bed like I was sitting on a slide. Not to jump to conclusions, we decided to sleep on it and give it a chance. I noticed a strong chemical smell that grew worse over time. In fact, the entire house smelled like a hospital room by the next day. I sleep under a mountain of covers since I like to be toasty at night. I woke up during the night covered in sweat with the same amount of covers that worked great on my old mattress. My husband hated it for this fact alone - it doesn't breathe at all and he was overly hot throughout the night and could only sleep with a sheet. Returning this one to buy another mattress today! Also, when I called to return, the customer service rep offered to replace at no charge since the the chemical smell is a "manufacturer's defect" and yet they are still charging my $99 to return. I don't know how on earth this is the best reviewed mattress on google for 2015 - unless they pay them the most to say that!

Pros & Cons
Pros: Arrived promptly, back support is okay.
Cons: Stench Heat - no breathing No edge support

Wonderful Bed

Bought this mattress and foundation in June 2015. Never had seen a Saatva, never laid on one, but ventured out and bought sight unseen. It wasn't a mistake. We love our bed. It sleeps so well and the company was a good company to work with. They coordinated the arrival of my new bed frame with the arrival of their mattress. There was a stain on it, and they removed $200 immediately from the purchase price. I was able to remove the stain with a little elbow grease. Loving our bed! Thank you Saatva!

Pros & Cons
Pros: Comfortable Build in America Excellent company to work with Firm but comfortable with a mattress pad on it Looks to be very durable
Cons: You are supposed to rotate it every six months, quite heavy, will take some strong dudes to get it done, it does make a little indention where you sleep on your side, but not bad.

Saatva Luxury Firm

While comfortable we have noticed that the sides we sleep on are sagging. A company rep told me this is normal. Still not sure as we are barely 4 months into its use. The other issue is mattress cover and sheets. It never occurred to me that I needed to learn if I could find a mattresses cover/sheets to fit the lower profile. Luxury sheet standards, unless custom made, will not fit this mattress. The result is a lumpy sheet mess or cotton/poly sheets from a discount store. After spending what we did why would I put low quality sheets on the bed? Saatva's rep replied no one else has complained. That's helpful.

Pros & Cons
Pros: Ease of purchase and delivery. Comfortable...so far.
Cons: Looking at the mattress it is not symmetrical. Expect some of that from a hand made item. Cannot find luxe sheets to fit without paying for a custom fit.

"Would you buy a mattress and foundation (box spring) online? Sight unseen? You can't lie on it, squeeze it, smell it for 'off-gassing' problems before buying. And what if the mattress company is relatively new -- not a time-honored mattress manufacturer?" Aren't these the questions we all ask ourselves? So what do we do? We all begin reading the reviews. Turns out that for this particular company -- Saatva -- there are what appear to be hundreds of reviews. You read them and you get uneasy. "Nearly every review is superlative, almost extravagant in its praise for the company and its product! What's going on here? Are these fake reviews?" I'm an ornery old man. A retired university professor. I really don't like being flimflammed. I'm just like you, dear reader, in this regard. I read the reviews. I noticed that the great majority were written before the mattress arrived. They were written only on the basis of Saatva's efficient and extraordinarily polite way of handling sales -- before delivery of the product. This set off alarms in me. However, I did find a number of reviews that were "after the fact" -- after the fact of the mattress having been delivered. They, too, were very positive. This encouraged me. Being research-oriented, I then Googled "Saatva mattress" to find any websites that might have sprung up, bashing them. (Check out Stearns & Foster, for instance. They are hammered in offsite reviews!) Nope, no "bashing" sites for Saatva. This encouraged me. I then found a video done by a young man reviewing his Saatva experience, including his new mattress & foundation. I watched the video several times. I found him convincing. I then checked out a local furniture store, and looked at several Stearns & Fosters and Sealys and so forth. I wasn't impressed, either by the mattresses or salespeople. Their mattresses were very costly. In a leap of faith, I bought a Saatva online. (I was encouraged by their generous return offer, though the thought of returning this large, ungainly object -- repacking it and I presume paying for shipping -- was daunting. I tried not to think about it.) It arrived yesterday. It arrived in perfect condition. There was absolutely no off-gassing (formaldehyde odor) when I opened the sturdy plastic bag encasing the mattress. I set up the bed -- foundation & mattress -- lay down to test it, and woke up 45 minutes later. Refreshed. Relaxed. The young man who reviewed the Saatva in the video mentioned, above? He's absolutely right: This mattress is high quality. The tufting. The materials used. The comfort. The evenness of support. The cording around the edges. Excellent! Back to the hundreds of over-the-top reviews. Unlike 99% of those reviewers, I had the opportunity to experience a screw-up in the process of my mattress being delivered -- that is, the first mattress that was delivered. The mattress that arrived yesterday, in perfect condition, was my second Saatva. Here's what happened. The company that delivers for Saatva in my area -- let me simply say I wound up rejecting the mattress. The problem wasn't Saatva, it was the delivery company. Of course, I called Saatva to let them know I had rejected the mattress, and I gave them an earful about the delivery company. This is where things became interesting. "Is this company going to live up to the praise of those hundreds of adoring reviewers," I wondered? Know what? It did! Saatva busted the chops of the delivery company, guaranteed me a new and different delivery crew (same company), gave me a full refund for the mattress and foundation (even though I kept the foundation from the first delivery: They gave it to me for free!), fast-tracked the manufacture of a brand new mattress, fast-tracked the delivery, called and emailed me repeatedly to let me know what was happening at each step of the way, packaged the mattress in a special cardboard box (to thwart any attempts by the delivery company to screw up, again), asked me to give them a full report on the delivery experience, and then insisted I allow them to give me a discount. Whew! The only quarrel I had with Saatva is that, after the second, successful delivery, I refused to accept the foundation for free; I insisted on paying for it. And I refused a discount on the mattress. They insisted! I refused! We went back and forth. Finally, I won -- sort of. "Okay, doc," agreed the Saatva manager, "if you're not going to let us discount the mattress and give you the foundation for free, then we're going to waive the delivery fee." I knew I wasn't going to win that one, so I relented, though I grumbled. (Oh, I forgot to mention. When Saatva sent the new mattress, they refused to charge my credit card. Not a dime! "Doc, we're sending the new mattress without charging your card. In fact, we no longer have your card. You call us after it's delivered and after you have decided you like it -- or don't like it -- and if you like it, only then will we charge you for it. Call and give us your credit card. If you don't like it, we will take it back, at no expense to you.”) I emailed Saatva shortly after the delivery, told them it went splendidly, that the mattress was flawless, and that I had already slept on it and was in love with it. Only then did they take my credit card information -- and that's when we quarreled over whether I would let them discount the mattress, etc. Let me put it this way: When's the last time you quarreled with a company over them being too generous with you? No, they didn't pay me to write this review. No, they didn't ask me to write this review. (Should I say that I got the weird feeling that, had the delivery company not shaped up, Saavta would have personally driven my mattress to my front door and installed it on my bed frame -- and refused to take a dime? Yeah, I was afraid they were going to do this!) Calvin Luther Martin, PhD

Not pleased

I have done a lot of research on mattresses and picked this bed based on the reviews. Please know that the reviews are mostly based on customer service. They have terrific customer service.I bought the luxury firm ,but just like another reviewer posted, after about 7 months I noticed permanent body impressions on my side of the bed. I weigh about 130 lbs and travel extensively,so I have slept in this new bed only haf of the time or less.I thought perhaps, there was a one-time production flaw with the inner coils and called to have it replaced. They immediately replaced. It has been about 3 months now, and unortunately the bed is doing it again.I noticed it earlier now, than the prior mattress, just because I was paying attention to it more now.I sleep in some wonderful hotel mattresses, so coming home to a wonderful mattress is important. While I slept comfortably, I cannot say it is the best for my back with these shift in the impressions and I can feel it in my back. This definitely should not be happening so soon.My chiro even asked me what has changed in the past year that has cause more shift in my back pain.I determined it was the uneveniss of my mattress. It does not happen to me after I have rested in a hotel beds from some very decent hotels all over the world. These hotel beds range in all different firmness, but most are pretty similar to the Saatva. I called customer service and immediately spoke to a supervisor.Although he challenged me on my standards of a bed, at the end, I am getting a full refund. With that said, I think their customer service is excellent.I hoped the bed and it's inner coils performed better in such a short amount of time and sadly disappointed.

Pros & Cons
Pros: Organic top No gassing of chemicals
Cons: The immediate sagging of inner coils in less than a year.

Luxury Queen

My wife & I purchased 2/ea Luxury Queen mattress sets May 2015 from Saatva. My wife had been sleeping on an Aerobed queen mattress for about 3 years as she had been having back & neck pain issues. I had continued to sleep on our old King spring mattress set purchased in 1995. My King bed had reached it's life's end probable several years ago with hills & valleys, the box springs collapsing. We decided that we both needed something new. We are retired and on a fixed income so whatever we purchased would need to last. We did not want to sacrifice quality for price and have had quite enough of the trips to the bed stores to hear a new story as to why I should buy each company's beds. As I was surfing the web for reviews I stumbled across Saatva reviews on other sites and was intrigued by them. We continued our research for two weeks watching video reviews and speaking to Saatva. OK we were very skeptical of purchasing a large ticket item like a bed set on line but were overwhelmed by the reviews as well as the conversations we had had with Saatva. (Just a note here: we communicated with Saatva at first by live chat documenting all conversations, that grew into live phone calls which were all documented by follow up e-mails. Anyway; after two weeks of research and my guess over two dozen phone calls, My wife & I decided to take the plunge and we purchased 2/ea Luxury Queen mattress sets. Both sets had the 14-1/2" mattress and both were ordered with the 8-3/4" foundations. Believe me we measured multiple times to verify the heights requirements that we wanted. We purchase the metal bed frames from Walmart at $42.00 (delivered price)each of these frames had the same design as Saatva's frames along with a 7th support wheel and were a fraction of the cost. I asked Saatva customer service if I was required to purchase the frames from Saatva (I did not want to void any warranty) and Saatva advised me that I could purchase the frame from anywhere. The only recommendation Saatva gave me was that the frame I was to purchase was to have a vertical (head to foot)center metal support bar as there's does. Upon receiving both mattress sets within 10 business days we both realized that we had made a terrible error in deciding on the taller beds. We both had a horrible time getting into the beds and getting out. My wife actually fell out of bed in the middle of the night trying to get to the bathroom and although she did not break any bones she was bruised and banged up pretty bad. (The mattress comfort will be discussed later in this review. ) I was uncertain as to what to do as I was responsible for ordering the dimensions of both beds and yes Sattva even called me prior to manufacturing both beds to verify that I actually wanted the larger dimensions. I told them yes, I had measured several times and was sure. To my amazement the customer service person without hesitation advised me that Saatve would be willing at NO CHARGE TO ME! to exchange the 8-3/4" foundations for 4-1/2" foundations to see if that would rectify the height issues. This would lower the bed's height by 4-1/4" Saatva would deliver two new foundations and pick up the larger foundations at NO CHARGE! I was a bit baffled as I explained to him that I knew I had ordered this incorrectly and was my fault not theirs & I expected to pay some penalty for this error. I was advised that regardless Saatva would rather take the financial loss then to stick us with products that we were not completely satisfied with. I was flabbergasted and accepted his offer to exchange. Within 10 business days we received delivery of the shorter foundations(did I mention there was no additional delivery or pick up charge) We both immediately found the height to be GREAT! this is the size we both had really wanted. So now onto the beds review: My wife and I had tried twenty or so beds in the stores and nothing we tried came anywhere close to the comfort we experienced on these beds. Now after several weeks of sleeping on them we are happier then we thought we would be. I will also say that we both purchased new pillows as this also makes a difference on how we sleep. We all know that everyone has there own quirks in sleeping and how they sleep and buying a new bed is a very hard thing to do because of what we are used to. However... This entire experience has been nothing short of wonderful. From the live chat customer service to the telephone calls to customer service to the I have a problem call I made. Every step of the way Saatva made this a wonderful experience. There were no high pressure sales, no special deals, no discount codes or coupons...just the price and here is what you will get for it.(I should mention that I am a Veteran and got out of the service in 1981) and for being a Veteran I did receive a $50.00 discount off the total purchase price. Again thank you Saatva... I guess what I am trying to say to all review readers is that this experience is quite new to myself and my wife and we have never been treated this way before. We both recommend not just the beds but the company as well... This new concept of no brick & mortar high pressure sales no showroom B.S. just us and here is what we offer... We can't say enough.. American made... I suggest to all that are considering new beds, do yourself a favor, don't rush. Do your homework, verify everything and document your communications regardless of who your are doing business with. I personally can't guarantee that you will be as happy with your product as we are. I can only pass along our experiences. My wife and I have reviewed this mattress and the company along with the employees and we rate 10(ten) stars. We will continue to update our reviews every 6(six)months or so as to assist in the beds performance. Good bed hunting to you all hope your experience will be as wonderful as ours was. Just a note: We originally ordered the beds 5-28-2015 June 8,2015 was the original delivery June 10,2015 was the exchange confirmation June 24,2015 was the exchange delivery As of this review entry July 27, 2015 my wife & I are completely satisfied with the beds we have purchased. We have been sleeping on them now for approx. 6-7 weeks and we are both completely satisfied that we made the right decision. We hope that this review of the Saavta product as well as the company will assist you in making the decision that will be right for you. Pros & Cons
Pros: The beds support both my wife and I differently. She requires a less firm support while I require a bit more support and although they are separate beds that we are sleeping in they are the same model Luxury Firm. I have lied on hers and she on mine and we it doesn't matter which bed we lie in it supports our different needs the same. Extremely satisfied.
Cons: I wish I could list a problem that we are not pleased with however the only issue I would have is that the bed this Queen replaced was a King bed that I slept on since 1995 and I guess I really got used to the large size, so I suppose my only regret is that I did not purchase this bed in King size. Otherwise I have no complaints as of this review.

Amazing Mattress and Company

Ok, this is long and I apologize but its quite a story. My brother bought a Saatva mattress and was very pleased so I decided to give it a try. I ordered a queen luxury firm and received immediate response from Saatva regarding shipping and the processing of my order. Several weeks later I was contacted by the delivery company and this is where everything collapsed. They scheduled a delivery of the new mattress and pickup of my old on a Friday. When they arrived on Friday they took my old mattress and went to leave without providing my new Saatva. They were an hour late so by now it was 3pm and when I questioned their error they went outside to call their office and informed me that the new mattress was inadvertently not put on the truck and they were told to only pickup. So I tried to contact the delivery company and no one answered, nor responded to my email. We waited 30 minutes and then they had to bring my old mattress back inside and they left. On Monday I could not get a response from the delivery company after multiple emails and calls and I contacted Saatva directly for help. Within ten minutes the delivery company called to say that my new mattress would be delivered in the afternoon. Again they were late and once again they took my old mattress out to their truck but without wrapping it they threw it into a very dirty truck bed. The new mattress was brought in but it was wet and the end was filthy, as if it was standing in a wet, dirty area. Again, I tried to contact the delivery company without success and contacted Saatva again. She recommended not taking back the old mattress due to the risk of contamination from the truck, and to take a fan and dry out the new mattress. But she also reassured me that they would order me a new mattress immediately and have it delivered. She apologized profusely for the delivery company's mistake. Now mind you, this isn't a Saatva delivery company, this is one they contracted to delivery my mattress. But Saatva immediately credited me $200 for the issue, even though it wasn't Saatva that caused the problem. Within an hour I received a call from the General Manager apologizing again and felt that the $200 discount wasn't sufficient for what I'd been through. I did not ask for the initial credit nor any additional credit as I knew this was 100% the delivery company. But the General Manager insisted and credited me another $800. It was absolutely incredible to see a company stand behind their product and the delivery company they had hired. They expedited a new mattress and it came within 10 days, was delivered perfectly this time and is truly the best mattress I've ever had... To say thank you seems insufficient but in spite of all the issues I have to say that Saatva is an amazing company and my experience has left me wanting to change out the other mattresses in my home and only use Saatva. They have a customer for life. You won't be disappointed as this is an amazing product and company!

Love our new mattress!

It has been less than a week since we received our new mattress. So far we love it. We got the luxury firm and it is extremely comfortable. I wake up with no neck or back ache. I was nervous about buying online but after reading the reviews, going on the website and reading about mattress selling practices, I made the decision to go with Saatva and it was a great one. I received calls from Saatva after I placed the order and also got calls from the delivery service of their status with delivering my mattress. Was a great overall experience. Thank you Saatva!

Best Mattress Ever!

I bought my Saatva mattress in January, after having a horrible respiratory reaction to "off-gassing" from a a Sealy Posturpedic, which I had purchased from Macy's in December 2014. It was apparently treated with fire retardant that included formaldehyde. I searched for a mattress that did not have fire retardant or latex, and the list was short. Fully organic mattresses were outrageously expensive, and did not sound like they would be comfortable. Saatva did. The description and the company's quick phone response to my questions, sold me on it. I had to wait longer than I liked, but it was worth it. The mattress was delivered as promised, no "off-gassing" occurred, and I could sleep on it immediately. It is vey comfortable, and I don't have to worry about waking up wheezing! It was worth the wait, and worth the money. I am so glad they make this mattress! Thanks, Saatva!

Pros & Cons
Pros: Easy quick clean delivery no "off-gassing" cool and comfortable immediately no chemical smell organic no formaldehyde reasonable price customer contact easy and personal
Cons: long wait for delivery after order don't get to see it or try it first

You can have confidence in Saatva

Actually, the bed did not work out for me. I think it was just too firm for me. However, I do think it would work out for the majority of people. I am writing this review is to put potential buyers' minds at ease. I was so leary of buying a mattress online and whether or not the company would prove reputable and take it back as promised. Well, I am SUPER IMPRESSED with the company and the ease of the return. My money was refunded before they even picked up the bed and they would have picked up the bed almost immediately, but I wasn't available that day. It was picked up shortly afterwards on a day that was convenient for me.

Pros & Cons
Pros: It is beautiful to look at. It is very reasonably priced for the quality.
Cons: It was too firm for me, but I am older which might very well account for that.

Only a Year Old

I ordered the "Luxury Firm" king size mattress just over a year ago. At first it was what I anticipated. Today, I'm considering replacing it. There are two distinct deep body impressions and the center is much higher than the sides. I don't sleep in this bed every night. In fact, I sleep in it just half of the month because my career has me out of town 50% of each month. Getting in and out of the bed is more difficult now than when it was new. The edges feel worn out and saggy when I get out of bed. I researched the purchase of mattresses for quite some time. What this mattress is doing is EXACTLY what I was wanting to avoid. Disappointed is how I would describe this product. I haven't called the company yet. I will however. But I know what the response will be. It's the same everywhere. It's so frustrating to read all of the reviews, do the research and still have this problem. I am not, nor is my wife obese. This is just normal (and in my case, less than) wear and tear by two middle-aged people. Is it possible that I got a lemon? I will be calling the company. However, I'll be just as disappointed.

Pros & Cons
Pros: At first... everything. Very comfortable.
Cons: Body impressions that are even obvious when the bedspread is on. This is way too soon for this to be happening!
